Thank you for shopping with MADSxo. Here's how shipping works, what it costs and what to expect after you buy.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders over $49. Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $49. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

All orders are tracked and usually arrive within 3–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take a little while to update.

Free Size Swap

Not sure of your size? Start with a single. Your first size swap is free, you just pay $4.99 shipping. It's one free swap per customer, on single pairs (1-pack orders) only. 3-Packs and 7-Packs aren't eligible.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, damaged or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to make changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we can't modify it. Refunds for cancelled orders go back to the original payment method.
